Robotics & STEM Enrichment at DAS North
Robotics and STEM enrichment are core parts of the Discovery Academy of Science identity. DAS North should highlight these programs as part of the DAS model and build a dedicated North Campus page for robotics, coding, science competitions, and enrichment opportunities.
Key Features
Through robotics, coding, engineering challenges, and science competitions, students learn teamwork, persistence, creativity, and problem solving. DAS students have participated in programs such as FIRST LEGO League, VEX Robotics, SeaPerch, Science Olympiad, and other hands-on STEM activities. As the North Campus grows, enrichment opportunities will be introduced in ways that match student grade levels, staffing, and program readiness.
